Board Evaluation & Director Assessment
This formal assessment can be used to examine governance at the board, committee and/or individual director level. Working with your Corporate Governance Committee, we develop questionnaires and interview formats—for in-person or remote administration—that enable the board to assess itself as a whole and to evaluate Corporate Governance, Audit and Compensation Committees. Related questionnaires can allow for individual director self-assessments as well as peer assessments. Where appropriate, we provide confidential outsourced professional and administrative support of the assessment /evaluation process. Outcome: a continuous improvement process for board and directors.
