Gap Analysis

Based on the requirements analysis and the needs assessment, we identify gaps that stand between current practice and value added success.

Implementation Plan

We work with the Board Chair, Corporate Governance Chair, lead director or other designated party, to design an appropriate plan to address identified gaps.

Execution

Working with the designated director, CEO, corporate secretary, or general counsel, we advise on plan execution.
